With wood, we prepare the siding by power washing the entire structure with Jomax (a biodegradable cleaner) and bleach to clean the siding and kill any mildew. Next we sand any areas that require sanding. Next we prime the siding and apply caulking wherever it is needed. Finally we apply two coats of the highest quality paint.
